Looking for someone to take my apt for Jan1st-June 1st. The bedroom is medium sized in a second floor 3 bedroom apt. The apt is shared by two female UMASS students, both Seniors, both quiet and mature. We also have a cat. The house has a spacious kitchen and livingroom- lots of light. We are located 5min walking from the bus. It takes 10 min by bus to get to UMASS. We have wireless set up, which we split with people downstairs so its pretty cheap- about 8$ every other month. 466$ does not include utilities. I'm asking for first and last upfront (possibly security) as well as a 50$ contribution to the cost of oil, since I have already paid 110$ for the duration of the winter.
