This is to sublet until May 31st 2010. It is a nice townhouse style apartment at the Salem Place Complex on Main Street with the lower level being the living room with a full kitched and dining room and half bathroom. The lower level has a basement for storage. The upper level has two large bedrooms and I share a bedroom with one other guy and the other bedroom is occupied by two other guys. The bedrooms are large, both of us have queen size beds in our room and the room has a large closet and there is a full bathroom attached to the bedroom for you and the other guy to solely share. The rent does not include utilities which encompasses cable and the electric bill. Heat is in the electric bill. You will have to pay rent on the 1st of every month starting in January(negotiable) through May. Parking is available and the apartment is on the Amherst bus route. There are three guys that live there, me being the fourth that will be leaving, and the three guys are UMass Seniors. I am looking for someone that is clean, not too loud or crazy, good student, that preferably attends UMass Amherst of Amherst College.
