I'm looking to sublet my room for the spring semester (January-May 31). I'll probably be all moved out by mid to late December, so an early move in is possible.
The house is on the first floor of a two family house. There's a driveway and small yard. Three bedrooms, one bathroom.
The rent is $450 a month plus cable/internet (about $18) and electric (between $15 and $30 usually about $15-20). Heat's included.
The room available is very large. It's an old front porch that was converted into a bedroom, so there's lots of windows and great sunlight, also a private entracne.
The house is only a few minutes away from the bus stop that goes through town and to UMass (It's the North Amherst/ Old Belchertown Rd one) It's also a couple minute walk to Dunkin Donuts, Mom's House, DVD Den, the laundry mat, Spirit Haus, Bank of America, Cumbies, Portebella, Pioneer Valley Pizza, etc. So it's near lots of great places.
You would be living with two girls and a guy as well as a cat. So no more cats because she doens't really get along with any other animals. One roommate is graduating at the end of the semseter, but she's staying for the rest of the lease. The two other roommates will be finishing up at UMass. Everyone is real easy going and okay with mostly everything, except no big parites. The house isn't really set up for that.
