That's just the way the world is going. In the next 50 years or so we probably will have some type of tracking or bar coding for people. At first it will be justified on the grounds that it will help a few, then become common in some segments of society. Probably not much more intrusive than the GPS on cell phones. I'm thinking that if it were to take place the main use would be not necessarily to track somebody but to discriminate against those not willing to be tracked, like drug testing today. I'm not going to get worked up about it, I will most likely not be around to see it's effect on me, with what the costs will be it might be used by intelligence agencies to track their "assets" or people with access to sensitive military information. Can't imagine my employer shelling out bucks to find out if I'm in the head when it's not break time.
