This is the most dangerous bill ever written. If it even remotely gives this achievement.

If I am being paranoid please explain in terms of the bills how this cannot take place. Not through insults. Too much is at risk to start a name calling argument.

By Subtitle C alone this bill should be thrown out immediatly.
