I've had the ring tested for authenticity and the jeweler said the diamonds, gold and sapphire are real and the ring is worth approximately $5000. I was told this is because the gold is Italian Gold, a very special type of gold and it was made approximately 50 years ago in Rome, Italy.

Asking price is $2899, but there is room to negotiate.
