I am looking for an apartment starting mid-august or sept 1. I would like a place with hardwood floors (no carpets please) that can accommodate me and small very tidy cat. I will only be there part time as I also live in NYC -- but prefer to live alone -- but maybe in an apartment in a house.
I also could house sit for faculty that is going on sabbatical.
But I would like to keep the rent between $600 and $700 because I will be paying two rents (nyc and holyoke). I have great references, great credit and am a very responsible tenant.
