I am looking for either an apartment or room in a shared home for the upcoming school year, Sept 1 - May 2009. The tenants would be myself, a 22 year old female UMass senior, and my boyfriend, who is 26 and will be working in the area. I would prefer something close to the UMass campus. I also would prefer something with no lease or a 9 month one, as I will not be in the area next summer. We are both reasonably clean, respectable of others property, privacy and space, and easy to get along with. Please email with your availability and details of the property.
