Are you looking for an energizing and inspirational activity that is different? Come and be part of our beginner West African Drum class. We meet from 10 am -12pm every other Sunday of most months. Drumming is fun for all people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. Playing D'jembe improves coordnation and motor skills. It encourages creativity and promotes self-confidence. You will leave Irene's class with a feeling of well being and relaxation, and most of all you will have fun.
