FULL TIME BOOKKEEPER needed for busy International Group Operation.
Approximately 8 month project with 30-38 hours per week as needed Jan-Aug, 09. After project is completed hours reduce to approximately 5-10 hours per week.
We are looking for a take charge person to stay with the company long term. Must be flexible to reduce and increase hours as company needs require.
Responsibilities
• Hands on to oversee the accounting department
• AR/AP through TB
• Management reports - Budget
• Bank reconciliation
• Payroll
• Journal Entries
• Merchant Credit Card processing
• Do month and year end closing
• Payroll
• Process and evaluate operation expenses
• Cash flow
• Excel and Word a must
• Human Resource
• Office purchases
• Oversee Office equipment lease/rental
• Manage foreign currency accounts and payments
• New employee processing papers
• Airline Reporting sales report
Must have at least 5 year experience
